S. AIRAJ HASAN - Founder & CEO

A charismatic visionary and industry changemaker, Airaj Hasan is the backbone of B360. After immigrating to the US in 1976, Airaj began his career in construction, steadily working his way through the ranks to become a general contractor.

His unique combination of technical construction experience and shrewd ability to scour and select untapped, infill developments paved the way for his dynamic ascent in the NJ real estate industry. Under his leadership, B360 has grown its portfolio to 800+ multi-family units and 40,000 square feet of retail space in the span of a decade.

IBRAHIM HASAN - Director of Finance & Operations

Ibrahim has been involved in B360 with his father, Airaj, since his childhood, where his early exposure to all facets of construction and development informs much of his advanced levels of contribution to the firm today.

After obtaining his bachelor’s degree at NYU’s Stern School of Business, Ibrahim joined B360 in a full-time capacity, where he solidified his expertise in site acquisition, design development, governmental approvals, tax abatements, and real estate financing.

AMIRA HASAN - Director of Development

After completing her bachelor's degree in Urban Design and Architectural Studies at NYU, Amira brought her educational experience directly to B360, where she worked across various design-build projects including interior design, negotiation of building materials, and selection of finishes for Essence 144 and Lotus 315 residential buildings. She worked closely with the city and design professionals, including architects, engineers, and attorneys on obtaining the necessary zoning and planning board approvals with the City of East Orange.

 

ALINA ZAFAR - Director of Marketing & Communication

Alina first pursued her passion for marketing & brand building at L’Oreal USA, where she spent the first five years of her career in both operational and product marketing roles within the Consumer Products Division. A graduate of the Steinhardt school at NYU, Alina aimed to apply her knowledge of corporate communications & experience in consumer behavior to the real estate industry. She joined B360 to spearhead the company’s marketing and PR efforts across corporate communication, commercial retail partnerships, and customer relationship management.
